Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ku444 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and ku444 ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the ku444 Platform in Bangladesh or from any other location where access to the Platform is not restricted by local law. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration on the Platform and continue in force until your account is closed, whether by you or by ku444. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register an account and use the ku444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ku444 operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. False or misleading registration details are grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to the ku444 Platform is restricted by applicable law.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the ku444 Platform. One account per person, per household, and per device is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may hold only one account on the ku444 Platform. To create your account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, create a secure password, and complete the registration form accurately. ku444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including at the time of registration, first withdrawal, or at any point during the lifetime of your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password, mobile number, or any other account details with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity, whether or not you authorised it. ku444 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ku444 customer support immediately via live chat. Prompt notification limits your exposure to loss from unauthorised activity.
• ku444 may require documentary verification of your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including government-issued photo identification and proof of your registered mobile number. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

ku444 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account activity, including pending withdrawals, while identity verification is in progress. This is a standard security measure designed to protect all players on the Platform, and is not punitive in nature.

ku444 does not permit players to hold accounts on behalf of third parties or to use the Platform for any form of proxy gambling. All bets and wagers must be placed by the registered account holder using funds that belong to the account holder. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ku444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in real time via your bKash personal account. Merchant and business bKash accounts are not accepted.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service, accepted for both deposits and withdrawals. Nagad transactions are processed on the same timeline as bKash.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service, accepted for deposits and withdrawals. Rocket is the preferred method for players who bank with Dutch-Bangla Bank, particularly those in Rajshahi, Khulna, and Mymensingh.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals processed through the ku444 Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used to make the initial deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account security. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a pending review period of up to 24 hours for first-time withdrawals, during which identity verification may be completed. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day.
• ku444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction amount exceeds standard thresholds or where there is reason to believe that the withdrawal is related to fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abuse activity.

All transactions on the ku444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ku444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ku444 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion and must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state that repeat claims are permitted.
• ku444 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence that a player has exploited a technical error, used multiple accounts, engaged in collusive play, or otherwise attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Bonuses credited to your account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account and are typically used first when placing bets, unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• ku444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The introduction of new terms and conditions for ongoing promotions will apply from the date of publication on the Platform.

Players are strongly encouraged to read the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion before claiming any bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ku444 Platform. Specific rules for individual games and betting markets are displayed within the relevant game or market interface:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in limited circumstances described in specific game rules, such as a manifestly incorrect price offered due to a technical error.
• ku444 and its game providers use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. These systems are independently certified for fairness and cannot be influenced by ku444, its staff, or players.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, ku444's server records will be used to determine the state of play at the time of disconnection. ku444 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the ku444 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, provider, and VIP tier.
• ku444 reserves the right to void bets placed on any event that has already started or concluded at the time of bet placement, where the result was already known, or where a technical error resulted in a manifestly incorrect price being offered.

Cricket betting markets on ku444 cover the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international fixtures involving the Bangladesh national team. Specific betting rules for each cricket market — including rules for rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, and abandonment — are displayed within the relevant market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding market-specific rules before placing bets.

Responsible Gaming

ku444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no bets or deposits can be placed. Time-outs cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the ku444 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account closure. Excluded players may not re-register under any circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku444 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently excluded from the Platform with all associated funds forfeited:

• Fraud, including but not limited to: use of stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks or payment reversals; provision of false identity documents; and any attempt to deceive ku444 or its payment processors.
• Money laundering: using the ku444 Platform to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, to obscure the origin of funds, or to move funds through the Platform without genuine gaming activity as the primary purpose.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sharing cards or game-state information in live casino games, or engaging in any form of team play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to play games, place bets, or interact with the ku444 Platform in a manner not intended for human users. All platform interactions must be made manually by the registered account holder.
• Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated claiming, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other method intended to extract value from promotions beyond their intended purpose.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or intimidation directed at ku444 staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any communication channel available on the Platform, including live chat and game chat functions.

Account Suspension and Termination

ku444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 8 above.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification (KYC) requirements within the timeframe specified by ku444. Players who do not complete KYC verification when requested may have their withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.
• Where ku444 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with the account, ku444 may freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• At the player's own request: players may close their account at any time by contacting ku444 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered mobile wallet, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ku444 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account. Where ku444 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, withdrawal from the Bangladesh market), any real-money balance will be returned to the player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ku444 Platform — including but not limited to the ku444 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, and game content provided by third-party providers — is the intellectual property of ku444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the ku444 Platform without prior written consent from ku444.

Your use of the ku444 Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content and may be revoked by ku444 at any time for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku444's liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• ku444 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ku444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ku444 is not liable for losses arising from: interruptions to the availability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; technical failures beyond ku444's reasonable control; or delays in processing transactions caused by third-party payment processors.
• ku444 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis, that it will be free from errors or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ku444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection legislation.

In all cases where ku444 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of ku444 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ku444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

ku444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform and the provision of gaming and betting services to registered players. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, and your rights as a data subject are set out in full in ku444's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on ku444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is protected using SSL encryption and is handled in accordance with the data protection principles applicable in Bangladesh. ku444 does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

ku444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ku444 will use reasonable efforts to provide notice to registered players, which may include a notification displayed on the Platform upon next login or a message sent to the contact details registered on the account.

The current version of these Terms is always available on the ku444 Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ku444's operations. ku444 operates as an online platform serving Bangladesh players, and these Terms reflect the standards and principles applicable to the Bangladesh online gaming market.

In the event of a dispute between a player and ku444 arising out of the Platform or these Terms, the player is encouraged to contact ku444 customer support in the first instance via live chat. ku444 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes informally within 10 business days of receipt of a complaint. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through the formal complaint process detailed in ku444's support documentation.
